Terms of Service

The ground rules for working with Imigro on your visa application.

Last updated 12 September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Imigro website, application portal and consultancy services. By creating an account or submitting an application you agree to them.

2. What Imigro does

Imigro is an independent visa documentation and advisory consultancy. We prepare checklists, review your documents, complete forms with you, book appointments where applicable and lodge your application with the relevant authority.

We are not a government body and we are not affiliated with any embassy or consulate.

3. Decisions rest with the authority

Only the embassy, consulate or immigration authority can grant, refuse, delay or cancel a visa. No consultancy can guarantee an outcome, a processing time or an appointment date.

Our guidance, checklists and automated document checks are advisory. Requirements change without notice and vary by nationality, purpose of travel and individual circumstances.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Submitting false or altered documents is an offence in most jurisdictions and will result in us ending our engagement immediately.

Respond to requests for further documents promptly, keep your contact details current, and attend any interview or biometrics appointment booked for you.

Book travel only after your visa is issued. We are not responsible for losses caused by bookings made in advance of a decision.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.

6. Automated document checks

Our checker reviews uploaded files against published requirements and flags likely problems. It can miss issues and can flag a compliant document by mistake.

A passing check is not an assurance that an authority will accept the document, and a failing check is not a refusal.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imigro is not liable for visa refusals, processing delays, missed travel, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your application.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual property

The content, checklists, guides and design on this site belong to Imigro and may not be copied or republished commercially without permission.

9. Ending the engagement

You may stop using the service at any time. We may end an engagement where information is withheld, where the request is unlawful, or where continuing would breach an authority's rules.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction over any dispute.
