Imigro is a visa documentation and advisory consultancy. We help travellers, students, professionals and families prepare and submit visa applications to embassies, consulates and online government portals.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we need it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our application portal and any conversation you have with our consultants.

Identity and contact details: name as printed on your passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, email address and phone number.

Travel details: destination, visa category, intended travel dates, number of travellers and previous travel history where a consulate asks for it.

Documents you upload: passport pages, photographs, financial statements, employment or study letters, invitations and any supporting evidence required by the destination authority.

Technical data: device type, browser, approximate location derived from your IP address and pages visited, used only to keep the service secure and working.

To prepare, review and lodge your visa application with the relevant authority.

To run automated document checks that flag a missing, unreadable or non-compliant file before your application is submitted.

To keep you updated on the status of your application by email, phone or through your account dashboard.

To meet legal, accounting and anti-fraud obligations, and to improve our checklists and guidance.

When you upload a document, it is processed by an automated checking service that compares it against the destination's published requirements, including photograph specifications. The result is advisory: a human consultant reviews every application before it is lodged.

Documents sent for automated checking are processed solely to produce that check result. They are not used to train third-party models.

We share your information with the embassy, consulate, visa application centre or government portal handling your application — that is the purpose of the service.

We also use trusted service providers for hosting, secure file storage, email delivery and automated document checking. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We never sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Documents are stored in a private, access-controlled store. Only you and authorised Imigro staff working on your file can open them, and every access is logged.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Accounts are protected by your password or your Google sign-in.

Application records and documents are kept for as long as your case is active and for a further period afterwards so we can answer questions from you or an authority, and to meet our legal obligations.

You can ask us to delete documents earlier once your application has concluded, unless we are required to retain them.

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to certain processing.

You can also withdraw consent where we rely on it. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer progress your application.

Applications for minors are submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the information provided. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.

We may update this policy as our service or the law changes. The revision date at the top of the page always tells you when it last changed, and material changes will be highlighted in your dashboard.
